Welcome to Casa Hogar of Iowa!

The girls of Casa Hogar are beautiful, shining lights of God's creation! However, these girls have been born into a world of poverty, abandonment, limited options, and lack of education.

The most difficult issue these girls face is abandonment and neglect from the people who are suppose to love them the most — their families. They have a deep need for love and affirmation. The girls of Casa Hogar also lack basic human needs of food, clothing, medical support, and more.

At their young age, the girls have not yet learned to despair. They have not lost hope. They still possess a deep love and faith that has not yet been snuffed out by the reality of their world.

We at Casa Hogar of Iowa work to keep the flame of faith, hope and love within these beautiful girls before it is too late. We strive to help in some small way to show them that someone does indeed care even if it is from thousands of miles away.

The Casa Hogar Orphanage is located in Barinas, Venezuela. It is home to 45 girls from ages 4 through 16 — and you can help!
